Tuition Financial Policy

Tuition Information and Enrollment Financial Policies


  • Monthly tuition payment is due by the 5th of every month. All invoices are issued online through CuraCubby payment platform. 
  • In case of payment by check please issue and send your checks to Rossinca Heritage School at 2095 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126. There will be a $ 25 late fee received on payments after this date. In case of payment by Paypal please add 5% processing fee to payable sum.
  • Returned checks:  There is a $25.00 fee for the first returned check and a $75.00 fee for each thereafter.
  • Illness / Vacation: There will be NO REFUNDS for illness, vacation or other absences.  Your payment is a tuition agreement that is not prorated for illness, vacation or other absences.
  • Monthly payments are not prorated when the school is closed for the Holidays.
  • Enrollment deposit is to be returned at the end of the school year (in May) or when you cancel the enrollment with the 30 day written notice. Deposit stays on your account for the next school year if you continue.

    Miscellaneous Fees and Charges

    Separate fees are charged for program costumes, field trips, etc. Such fees are in addition to those set forth in the schedule above. These fees are charged as incurred.


    Early Withdrawal

    Tuition is payable for the entire semester for any student whose enrollment covers any portion of the period. The school director should be notified at least ten days in advance of the final date a student will attend school. All charges related to the student's enrollment must be paid up to the date of withdrawal.


    Returned Checks (NSF)

    Accounts will be charged a $30 service fee for all returned checks. After two returned checks, subsequent payments must be made by cash, cashier's check, or certified funds. R.I.S.E. Academy, at its discretion, may require quarterly payments in advance for habitually delinquent accounts in order for your child to maintain attendance.


    Missed Payment Fee

    A $30 missed payment fee will be assessed by our online tuition system for each missed EFT payment attempt. Accounts remaining past due are reported to a credit reporting agency. A student is subject to immediate dismissal from R.I.S.E. Academy if their tuition account becomes 30 days past due.
